Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds on any custom-made, made to measure or optioned product, and all specifications for these products are the responsibility of the customer at time of purchase and not Equestrian Online.
Equestrian Online does not provide refunds or accept returns for any products sold, unless the supplied product does not correspond with the description on the website as ordered. It is the responsibility of the customer to chose the correct product at time of purchase.
Any defective or faulty items must be immediately returned to Equestrian Online. No responsibility is taken for any defective or faulty item not returned directly to Equestrian Online within 10 working days after it has been received by the purchaser.
We do not accept refunds for goods worn or damaged as a result of use or misuse.
As per our postage policy, risk passes to the purchaser at the time of receipt of funds.
Equestrian Online is bound by the Sale of Goods Act (QLD) 1984. All customers, whether in Australia or Overseas agree to be bound by the legislation as prescribed in the Sale of Goods Act.
